PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for simply analyzing oxidation and reduction type albumin in short time with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The method for analyzing oxidation and reduction type albumin comprises the steps of: equilibrating liquid chromatography with a first solution having a pH of 4.9 or more and 7.0 or less; and injecting a sample including albumin to adsorb and separate the albumin. The apparatus for analyzing oxidation and reduction type albumin comprises: a liquid chromatography column; the first solution for equilibrating liquid chromatography, having a pH of 4.9 or more and 7.0 or less; a sample injection unit for injecting the sample including albumin; a detector for detecting the oxidation type and reduction type albumin; and a data processor for calculating the result measured in the detector.SELECTED DRAWING: None
