To provide a content creation support device capable of increasing content achievement while reducing the burden on content manager, a content creation support method and a program, and a content management system.SOLUTION: A content creation support device 400 supports the creation of a content group provided by a content providing unit, which includes: a search unit 410 that performs an evaluation search for a group of content that has been updated with respect to the evaluation target content using the search conditions which are used for searching by users of content groups; and an output unit 420 that outputs a ranking of contents to be evaluated in the result of evaluation search.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
