PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow rate measurement device which is simple and has a high flexibility of measurement.SOLUTION: A blood flow rate measurement device 100 comprises: a pulse wave signal generation part which optically detects the peripheral arterial wave of a living body and generates an electrical pulse wave signal; an amplification part which separates an AC component from the pulse wave signal to amplify and output the AC component; an AC conversion part which samples the AC component of the pulse wave signal at a predetermined time interval to convert the AC component to a digital signal; and an arithmetic operation part 1 which calculates the blood flow rate IPV of the living body on the basis of the integrated value iPVac of the sampling value PVac of the AC component of the pulse wave signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
