PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method which cause less burden to a patient, do not require reagent corresponding to a type of cancer, and capable of identify a type of cancer by one time inspection.SOLUTION: An analyzer includes: a substrate 2 in which a through-hole 4 for letting exosome 3 contained in a sample pass through is formed; a first chamber member 51 forming a first chamber 5, into which electrolytic solution is filled, together with a face including at least through-hole 4 on one surface side of the substrate; a second chamber member 61 forming a second chamber 6, together with a face including at least the through-hole 4 on the other surface side of the substrate; a first electrode 52 formed in the first chamber 5; a second electrode 62 formed in the second chamber; an ammeter 7 for measuring ion current when the exosome 3 passes through the through-hole 4; and an analysis part 8 which analyzes shape distribution of exosome from ion current measured by the ammeter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
