To provide an experimental device, a system, a program, a method, and a learning method which reproduce an operation situation in a site of seal construction.SOLUTION: An experimental device comprises: a first pipe body portion (4, heating-side header pipe 94) into which a high-temperature fluid (22, heating oil HOL) is introduced; a second pipe body portion (6, cooling-side header pipe 96) into which a cooling fluid (30, cold water LW) is introduced; and a fastening portion (8) which is provided with a partition plate (36) partitioning the first pipe body portion and the second pipe body portion and which fastens the first pipe body portion and the second pipe body portion. Temperature inclination is generated in the fastening portion by temperature difference between the high-temperature fluid in the first pipe body portion and the cooling fluid in the second pipe body portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
