PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition for forming a power storage device, which gives excellent conductivity and safety function to a power storage device, the power storage device having excellent conductivity in a normal operation and thereby having excellent output characteristics and long-term reliability, as well as having a function of increasing an internal resistance when an inner temperature of the power storage device elevates.SOLUTION: The conductive composition comprises a conductive carbon material (A), water-dispersed resin fine particles (B) comprising olefin resin fine particles which are neutralized with an amine compound having a boiling point of 100°C or higher and are modified with a compound containing a carbonyl group, and an aqueous liquid medium (C). In the solid content of the conductive composition, the conductive carbon material (A) is included by 20 to 70 mass% and the water-dispersed resin fine particles (B) are included by 20 to 60 mass%; and a water dispersion containing the water-dispersed resin fine particles (B) by 10 to 60 mass% in terms of a solid content shows a pH of 5.0 to 8.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None
