This Fe-based alloy is used for production of crystalline Fe-based alloy atomized powder, and has the alloy composition represented by a composition formula (1). In the composition formula (1), a, b, c, d, e, and α satisfy: 0.1 ≤ a ≤ 1.5; 13.0 ≤ b ≤ 15.0; 8.0 c 12.0; 0.5 ≤ d 4.0; 0 ≤ e ≤ 2.0; 10.0 c + d 13.5; 0 ≤ α ≤ 0.9; and 71.0 ≤ 100 – a – b – c – d – e ≤ 74.0.
