Provided is an electromagnetic wave introducing device for introducing an essence agent for a face mask, which increases collagen production by stimulating with an electromagnetic wave, into skin. An electromagnetic wave introducing device for introducing an essence agent of a face mask into skin includes an electromagnetic wave introducing module, a microcontroller unit, a power supply circuit, a voltage waveform output circuit, a boost circuit, and a man-machine interface. The electromagnetic wave introduction module 20 is used for touching the face mask 10 or the skin, and has at least two electrode pieces. The two electrode pieces include a positive electrode piece 21 and a negative electrode piece 22. The power supply circuit 40 is connected to the microcontroller unit 30 and connected to the power supply 41 to stabilize a low voltage input to the power supply 41. The voltage waveform output circuit 50 is connected to the microcontroller unit 30 and to the positive electrode piece 21 and the negative electrode piece 22 of the electromagnetic wave introducing module 20.
