PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method and screening system of nanoparticles in which, in particular, a surface modification condition of nanoparticles can be efficiently searched, and time, labor, and a sample amount required for surface modification are reduced compared with conventional methods or systems.SOLUTION: A screening method of nanoparticles of the present invention has: a step of subdividing nanoparticles suspension to each of a plurality of storage parts provided for a storage container; a step of performing surface modification processing of nanoparticles under different conditions for each of the storage parts; a step of adding dispersion medium in each storage part to create an evaluation sample in which the nanoparticles and the dispersion medium are mixed; and a step of evaluating the evaluation sample of each storage part by optical analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
