PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inquiry management device, for example, which can prevent leakage of personal information in a simple construction environment.SOLUTION: An inquiry management device 200 includes: a determination unit 201 for determining a master container to be a base of a container used for responding to an inquiry from a customer; a generation unit 202 for generating the container based on the determined master container; and a management unit 203 for creating and presenting information for accessing the container generated for a respondent terminal for responding to the inquiry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
