PSOLUTION: An inquiry information management device 101 is provided with an inquiry information inputting part 301 which accepts the input of inquiry information about merchandise or a service, an inquiry information classifying part 303 which classifies the inputted inquiry information into the same or relevant inquiry information groups, an inquiry information extracting part 304 which extracts the inquiry information group where the number of the inquiry information included in the classified inquiry information group is not more than a predetermined threshold, an announcing part 305 which announces the extracted inquiry information group, an analytic result information inputting part 306 which inputs the information related with the analytic result obtained by analyzing contents of the extracted inquiry information group and a threshold changing part 307 which changes a predetermined threshold used for the inquiry information group concerning the information related with the analytic result based on the information related with the inputted analytic result.
