PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement extraction device for preventing value of an advertisement frame from being deteriorated, an advertisement extraction method, and an advertisement extraction program.SOLUTION: An advertisement extraction device 200 includes an acquisition unit 234 and an extraction unit 235. The acquisition unit 234 acquires an advertisement frame evaluation value representing evaluation of an advertisement frame and an advertisement evaluation value representing evaluation of advertisement content of a distribution candidate. The extraction unit 235 extracts advertisement content of a distribution target displayed on the advertisement frame from the advertisement content of the distribution candidate on the basis of the advertisement frame evaluation value and the advertisement evaluation value obtained by the acquisition unit 234.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
