PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backhoe, a backhoe attachment and a water pipe cutting method.SOLUTION: A backhoe BH1 comprises: an arm ARM1 which can be moved vertically (and preferably rotated and circled); a contact section CON1 which is attached to the arm ARM1 (preferably at a tip section thereof) with at least a portion thereof brought into contact with a water pipe through downward motion of the arm ARM1 so as to obtain reaction force by downwardly pressing the water pipe or hold the water pipe; and a core drill CD1 which is connected to the contact section CON1 to cut the water pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
