To provide an integrated structure of power module and filter of power supply unit.SOLUTION: Several radiation fans 12 are installed in the chassis 101 of a power supply unit 100. A first filter circuit board 20 and several power modules 10 are installed on both sides of the radiation fans 12 in the chassis 101, and a first filter 21 is installed above the first filter circuit board 20. Several second filter circuit boards 30 are installed oppositely above respective radiation fans 12, and a second filter 32 is installed below the second filter circuit board 30. Since the first filter 21, each second filter 32 and the power module are installed while being deviated each other, the space on the upper and lower sides of the power supply unit 100 can be used sufficiently, and a good heat flux route is formed, and thereby each radiation fan 12 can radiate heat effectively for each power module 10. With such an arrangement, extremely excellent heat dissipation effect can be achieved in the chassis 101 of high output density.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
