PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant potential electrolytic gas sensor that can handle change in type of target gas.SOLUTION: A constant potential electrolytic gas sensor 100 comprises an electrolyte storage space 11 for accommodating electrolyte 10, a main body 1 comprising a working electrode 12, counter electrode 13, and reference electrode 14, all being disposed in contact with the electrolyte 10, and a gas introduction path 2 that has an opening through a surface of the main body 1 to allow gas to pass through the working electrode 12 from the surface. The gas sensor is configured such that an aperture member 5, which is designed to form inflow ports 51 of a size suitable for a predetermined detection target gas by partially blocking the gas introduction path 2, can be removably fitted in the gas introduction path 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
