PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method of thyroid cancer and detection kit using the method.SOLUTION: A detection method of a thyroid cancer cell by enzyme activity staining of CD26/DPPIV (dipeptidyl peptidase IV) includes: a process of fixing a target specimen to be detected by fixing liquid; and a process of allowing the fixed specimen to react with reaction liquid and detecting a cancer cell, in which the reaction liquid for allowing the specimen to perform reaction is reaction liquid formed by mixing phosphate buffer, GPMN (Glycyl-prolyl-4-methoxy-β-naphthylamide) substrate liquid of N-N dimethylformamide solvent, FBB (Fast Blue B salt) pigment solution using solvent such as tert-butyl alcohol and acetone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
