To provide a rail joint interval correction device which, by driving a hydraulic cylinder with an appropriate pressure when moving a rail, does not excessively move the rail and does not require unnecessary time for moving the rail.SOLUTION: There are provided: a base unit 10; a rail holding movement mechanism unit 30; and a hydraulic cylinder drive control system 200. The rail holding movement mechanism unit 30 includes: a bar 32 supported by the base unit 10; brackets 40, 60; clamps 80, 82 supported by the brackets 40; clamps 84, etc., supported by the brackets 60; a clamp drive unit 100 connected to the clamps 80, 84; and a clamp drive unit 110 connected to the clamps 82, etc. The hydraulic cylinder drive control system 200 includes: a relief valve 208 having an adjustment screw 208a, etc., for adjusting hydraulic pressure; and pressure gauges 212, 214 attached to the base unit 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
