PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guard business support system capable of securing advance report property of abnormality detection and acquiring information required for estimating an abnormality cause.SOLUTION: A guard device 2 of a guard business support system 1 detects abnormality in a monitoring area, then sends an abnormality signal containing identification information which indicates a category of the detected abnormality to a center device 3. The center device 3 receives the abnormality signal, then determines a category of the abnormality based on the identification information included in the abnormality signal, then performs control for displaying for coping with the abnormality according to the category of the abnormality. The center device 3 stores kinds of operation logs for estimating an abnormality cause corresponding to every category of the abnormality, in advance, and sends a request signal for requesting a kind of the operation log information corresponding to the determined category of the abnormality to the guard device 2. The guard device 2 stores plural kinds of operation log information, and when receiving the request signal, sends the kind of the operation log information corresponding to the request signal to the center device 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
