PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground specific resistance measurement method and a ground specific resistance measurement device which are excellent in workability, and which can accurately perform measurement.SOLUTION: A ground specific resistance measurement method includes: a piping step of pressing a measurement pipe 2 including conductors 21 into the ground; and a measurement step of measuring a distribution of specific resistance by a measurement sonde 3 inserted into the measurement pipe 2. A ground specific resistance measurement device 1 includes: the measurement pipe 2 including the conductors 21; and the measurement sonde 3 inserted into the measurement pipe 2. The conductors 21 face an inner surface and an outer surface of the measurement pipe 2. The measurement sonde 3 includes spring-like electrodes 31 which contact with the conductors 21 and which are provided at least in two vertical stages.
