PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testament management system, a testament management method, and a testament management program for efficiently and accurately managing a testament.SOLUTION: A management server 20 comprises: a testament information storage part 23 for recording a testament of a user; and a control part 21 connected to a client terminal 11 of a witness and a client terminal 12 of a court. The control part 21 is configured to, when acquiring a completed testament on the basis of personal authentication, register the testament in a testament information storage part 23, and to transmit a signature instruction to the client terminal 11, and to, when access is performed from the client terminal 11 which has received the signature instruction, add a witness signature to the testament on the basis of personal authentication of the witness, and to, when access is performed from the client terminal 12 which has acquired decease information, perform personal authentication of the court, and to output the testament.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
