To provide a repairing device of a printed circuit board which is inexpensive and has a wide scanning range by a laser beam and a repairing method of the printed circuit board.SOLUTION: A laser processing module includes a laser oscillator, a beam expander which expands a laser beam, a galvano scanner unit which adjusts an emission direction of the laser beam expanded by the beam expander, and a focusing lens which focuses the laser beam of which the emission direction is adjusted by the galvano scanner unit. An observation module includes an illumination light source which irradiates a printed circuit board, an imaging lens, and an image sensor. The control module outputs a laser control signal and a scanning control signal to the corresponding laser processing module by referring to observation image information, and controls the laser oscillator by the laser control signal and controls the galvano scanner unit by the scanning control signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
