PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring cover device and a desk capable of improving convenience in use of a user.SOLUTION: A wiring cover device is provided in an attachment object having a wiring hole, and closes and opens the wiring hole. The wiring cover device includes a cover member having a lid part 50 having a close surface capable of closing the wiring hole, and a movement mechanism 40 for moving the cover member between a close position of closing the wiring hole, and an open position of opening the wiring hole in a state of falling along the surface of the attachment object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
