An object of the present invention is to provide a therapeutic agent for hyperphosphatemia, which can sufficiently reduce the serum phosphorus concentration and has a small dose. According to the present invention, there is provided a therapeutic agent for hyperphosphatemia containing particles containing a predetermined crosslinked polymer (preferably crosslinked polyallylamine) as an active ingredient.
