PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control device, an air conditioning control system, an air conditioning control method and an air conditioning control program which improve comfort of an air conditioned space.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device includes an area state information acquisition part and a correction part. The area state information acquisition part acquires area state information showing the state in a first area of areas formed by partitioning a prescribed space into a plurality of areas. The correction part corrects a first control target on the basis of the area state information acquired by the area state information acquisition part, a first control target given to a first air conditioner having the first area as a control target, and a second control target given to a second air conditioner having a second area adjacent to the first area as a control target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
