PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and improved screw assembly structure, a new and improved rotary drum type processing machine utilizing this structure and a lifter plate new assembly and maintenance method in which the lifter plate can be efficiently arranged inside the drum such as the rotary drum type processing machine and the like and the lifter plate can be easily replaced even if its number is one.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a structure having a feature that a thread extremity end of a bolt 11 is separately formed with a screwing operating part 111 apart from a bolt head part, a frame member 52 has a bolt receiving hole 521 formed with a female thread, under a state before covering plates 53 are fixed to the frame member 52, the bolt 11 is assembled with the frame member 52 under a state in which the thread extremity end is placed adjacent to a fixing direction of the covering plates 53 and in turn under a state in which the covering plates 53 are set at the frame member 52, the bolt 11 is rotated to cause a shaft part 113 of the bolt 11 to protruded out of the covering plates 53, nuts 12 are screwed into the shaft part 113 to cause the covering plates 53 to be fixed to the frame member 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
