PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clean room capable of reducing a pollution risk in a clean room, without disturbing airflow in a safe cabinet and without scattering dust from a worker as a dust emission source into the clean room.SOLUTION: A clean room includes an operation device configured to operate a sample, and a clean booth, therein. On an upper side of a worker space in front of the operation device, a first fan filter unit is provided, and a wind speed of the first fan filter unit is made faster than that of its periphery. Outside the clean booth, provided is a circulation flow passage communicating from an opening formed at its lower part to a second fan filter unit arranged at its upper part, and at the lower part of the clean booth, provided is the opening through which air flows into the circulation flow passage from at least a worker side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
