To prevent or suppress the occurrence of a welding defect such as a blow hole while improving welding quality by securing adhesion between first and second components during laser welding.SOLUTION: Laser-welding equipment 1 comprises: a table 11 that has a recess 11b depressed from a top surface 11a and that has the top surface 11a loaded with a blank 3 on which a reinforcing material 4 made of a magnetic material is loaded so that the reinforcing material 4 can be positioned above the recess 11b; a magnetic field generator 12 that is arranged below the table 11 and that generates a magnetic field attracting the reinforcing material 4 to the table 11 together with the blank 3 by a magnetic attractive force; and a laser oscillation system 14 that irradiates the reinforcing material 4 with laster light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
