To provide a calorie estimation device, a calorie estimation method and a calorie estimation program for highly accurately estimating calorie of a photographic subject, on the basis of imaging information.SOLUTION: The calorie estimation device comprises: a learning data storage part storing reference image information which uses imaging information of a prescribed focus distance and acquired for every cuisine category in advance, and calorie information of the cuisine being a subject of the imaging information; an imaging information adjustment part which, when acquiring the imaging information of the cuisine sent from the user terminal, adjusts size of the imaging information on the basis of the focus distance information included in the imaging information, then generates registration image information using the imaging information with adjusted; and a calorie information estimation part identifying reference image information of a cuisine category same to that of the registration image information, then acquiring calorie information corresponding to the identified reference image information, then, calculating the calorie information as estimated calorie of the cuisine which is the subject of the acquired imaging information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
