PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve detection of a ground fault condition.SOLUTION: A high-side driver 102 drives a high-side transistor M1. A ground fault detection circuit 200 detects a ground fault of an OUT terminal. A conversion circuit 210 converts a first voltage V1 across a high-side transistor M1 into a second voltage V2 of a ground voltage reference. A determination circuit 220 detects a ground fault state on the basis of a second voltage V2. A reset circuit 230 resets or fixes the second voltage V2 at a predetermined voltage during an off period of the high-side transistor M1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
