To execute computer processing in a shorter time even when there is loop protrusion.SOLUTION: A computer device 1 extracts an input loop which is a loop having an instruction sentence for instructing that a subsequent loop is a conversion candidate from an input program 10 input from an input/output device 6 by using an instruction sentence analysis part 30, analyzes the input loop by using a loop analysis part 40 to store an analysis result in a conversion candidate loop table 16, and outputs an output program 12 obtained by converting the input loop into an output loop by utilizing the analysis result stored in the conversion candidate loop table 16 to the input/output device 6 by using a loop conversion part 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
