PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for diagnosing the autoimmune disease and cells capable of improving a diagnostic accuracy of the autoimmune disease and a determination method of morbid risk on the autoimmune disease capable of more accurately determining the autoimmune disease on the morbid risk.SOLUTION: A kit for diagnosing the autoimmune disease includes: a first reagent for labelling a protein constituting a stress granular formed inside the cell; and a second reagent for labelling a human antibody. A determination method of the morbid risk on the autoimmune disease includes: a detection step of detecting an antibody for the protein constituting the stress granular formed inside the cell from a sample collected from a subject; and a determination step of determining the morbid risk on the autoimmune disease of the subject based on a result of the detection step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
