At least one among the main body part, the rotary blade parts, and the spraying device comprises exterior components (20, 35, 40) having a decorative layer (DL) and a resin film layer (RL) that overlaps with the decorative layer from the outside. The exterior components comprise an outer edge portion (20o) of which the normal direction is inclined relative to both an axial line direction, in which the central axis line extends, and a radial direction with respect to the central axis line. The outer edge portion includes at least the resin film layer among the decorative layer and the resin film layer.
