[Solution] This driving aptitude test device 200 is provided with: a dysfunction degree determination means for determining the degree of brain dysfunction in a subject on the basis of test result information, which indicates the test results of neuropsychological tests performed on the subject, and head image data of tomographic images of the head of the subject; and a driving aptitude determination means for determining the driving aptitude of the subject on the basis of the determination results obtained by the dysfunction degree determination means.
