PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual plant simulation system that can restart an operation by means of a control logic modified at any point without requiring a reboot procedure from a state where the operation is suspended at any point.SOLUTION: A command device 60 comprises a first duplication unit 61, a second duplication unit 65, a comparison unit 69, and a signal selection unit 68. The first duplication unit copies a first control logic and a control value of a first register from a first controller. The second duplication unit copies a second control logic editing the first control logic and the copied control value of the first register to a second controller. The comparison unit compares an arithmetic result of the second controller with an arithmetic result of the first controller. The signal selection unit switches an output of a control signal toward a virtual plant simulator to the second controller when a result of the comparison satisfies a preset condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
