PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a toll according to a travel route without delay on a vehicle side separately from charge processing executed on a center side.SOLUTION: A toll notification system includes a vehicle side toll notification device provided on a vehicle side and a center side toll notification device provided on a center side. The vehicle side toll notification device is configured to be able to specify a travel route of a vehicle independently of a center side route grasping device and perform communication via a mobile communication network.
