PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel consumption estimation device, a fuel consumption estimation method and a program capable of simply estimating a fuel amount.SOLUTION: A correlation information storage unit 531 stores correlation information indicating a correlation between electric power generated by a generator 1 and fuel consumption per unit time thereof. An electric power acquisition unit 512 acquires the electric power generated by the generator 1. A consumption calculation unit 513 calculates the fuel consumption per unit time from the electric power acquired by the electric power acquisition unit 512 with reference to the correlation information.
