PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the acquisition of necessary past conference information at a time with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A conference management server (10) manages conference information including conference history information including information on conference date and time, participant user names and a conference material name, user information on registered users, and file information relating to conference material and causes a display device (20) to display the conference information. The conference management server includes a conference information management unit (15) for storing and managing conference information in a database (12) and acquiring necessary information, and a conference information processing unit (16) for causing the conference information management unit to acquire conference information necessary for display on the display device, and generating display information to be displayed on the display device on the basis of the acquired conference information. The conference information processing unit (16) displays registered users on the basis of the user information, acquires conference history information for conferences in which a user selected from among the registered users participated, and displays conference display information including conference dates and times and conference material chronologically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
