The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an oil-less bearing with embedded solid lubricant plugs (3) with a solid lubricant composition ratio to enable easy oil impregnation and a large amount of oil impregnation by maintaining the porosity inside a solid lubricant and on the surface of the solid lubricant during the process of forming the solid lubricant plugs. The method manufacturing an oil-less bearing with embedded solid lubricant plugs comprises the steps of: forming apertures in a brass body (9) for receiving solid lubricant plugs therein; mixing a thermally expandable and curable dry resin powder and a dry solid lubricant powder, to make a dry powder mixture; packing the dry powder mixture into hollows of a mold; compressing the dry powder mixture, to form dry powder compact plugs to fit into the apertures of the brass body; inserting each of the dry powder compact plugs into each of the apertures of the brass body; performing heat treatment to the brass body into which the dry powder compact plugs are inserted, in a vacuum or inert gas atmosphere heat treatment furnace, at or above the temperature for curing the thermally expandable and curable resin, such that the dry powder compact plugs inside the apertures are melted, expanded and sintered and then cooled, to form porous solid lubricant plugs which are firmly attached to the inside of the apertures of the brass body; and impregnating oil into the porous solid lubricant plugs, wherein the dry powder mixture is composed of the dry solid lubricant powder with crystalline flake graphite of 45∼60wt%, natural graphite of 10∼15wt% and barium sulfate of 10∼15wt% and the thermally expandable and curable dry resin powder of 20∼25wt%.
