PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure for sanitary having a structure of less attachment and remaining of a fluid, and a structure to sufficiently, efficiently and economically implement cleaning and sterilization by CIP cleaning, SIP sterilization and the like after manufacturing products, precisely controlling opening/closing of a safety valve, and precisely adjusting a pressure of the fluid.SOLUTION: The circumference of a sliding portion of an operation shaft 5 provided with a valve element 6, and opening and closing a valve by reciprocation, is sealed by using a diaphragm 7, parts kept into contact with a fluid, of the operation shaft 5, the valve element 6 and the diaphragm 7 are coated with resin films 9, and a film portion 9a at an operation shaft 5 side, a film portion 9b at a valve element side, and a film portion 9c at a diaphragm side are integrally formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
