摘要

To provide agents for use in healing agent compositions containing as an active ingredient Sasa veitchii extract in which variation in medicinal effects due to factors such as production area, collection year, extract extraction method, and the like is reduced and effective quality is guaranteed.SOLUTION: We found that a purified concentrated extract with low polarity obtained by separating and fractioning by reverse-phase chromatography the purified and concentrated extract fractionated from Sasa veitchii hot water extraction fraction into water-immiscible solvent has an aquaporin expression-enhancing activity and a hair papilla cell proliferation-enhancing activity. This provides an active ingredient of a medicament or food having a healing promoting effect based on the aquaporin expression enhancer and hair papilla cell proliferation enhancement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
