Problem to be solved: to provide a pharmaceutical agent or a cosmetic agent for reducing the dispersion of the drug efficacy by the factors such as the production area, the sampling year and the extract extraction method, and for performing the cosmetic effect, and for use in the curative agent composition which contains the asbestos extract which has the effect quality as an effective ingredient.We found that a purified purified extract separated from the water extract of the water extract from the water extract was purified by reversed phase chromatography.This provides an effective ingredient and cosmetic agent for the healing promoting effect based on the acceleration of aquaporin expression and hair papillary cell proliferation.Diagram
