To provide an unoccupied house determination system, an unoccupied house determination method and an unoccupied house determination program that are capable of precisely determining whether an input address corresponds to an unoccupied house substantially in real time.SOLUTION: An unoccupied house determination system comprises: a storage unit for storing therein a database in which multiple addresses are recorded in association with information on whether infrastructure services are being provided; a reception unit to receive, from a terminal device, a determination request about whether a specific one of the addresses corresponds to an unoccupied house; a determination unit to refer to the database stored in the storage unit to determine whether the address included in the received determination request corresponds to an unoccupied house; and a transmission unit to transmit the determination result determined by the determination unit to the terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
