The content of the peppery agent is between 0.5 wt % and 5 wt % of the total weight of the cover layer. The content of the algefacient is between 0.5 wt % and 5 wt % of the total weight of the cover layer. Therefore, the service life of the cable can be extended and a stable power supply can be provided.
