Said mobile charging device (200) comprises a plurality of energy storage units (2021˜202n) and a power controller (201) connected to said plurality of energy storage units (2021˜202n) via an internal communication bus. In addition, said mobile charging device (200) further comprises a voltage transformer (2031˜203n) and/or a switch array (204).
