The second wall is disposed substantially parallel to the first wall, and the second wall includes an upstream end, a downstream end, and a side surface facing the first wall that extends between the upstream end and the downstream end. The axis extends through the first wall and the second wall, where the axis is positioned between the upstream end and the downstream end of each of the first wall and second wall, and where the side surface of the second wall includes a first portion that extends from the axis and slopes away from the first wall.
