The present invention pertains to the technical field of lubricants, and particularly relates to a composition for preparing a wear-resistant drilling fluid lubricant, a preparation method of the wear-resistant drilling fluid lubricant and a drilling fluid. The present invention uses vegetable oil, nanometer calcium borate, an ether compound and an amine compound as raw materials and may prepare the drilling fluid lubricant with excellent abrasion resistance by reasonably controlling dosages of the raw materials. The results of the examples show that the lubricant provided by the present invention can improve the wear resistance, the lubricating property and the high temperature resistance of the bentonite slurry and the water-based drilling fluid.
