The present invention refers to a constructive process of installing hybrid communicating walls in a continuous and vertical manner between concrete slabs of buildings, which allows the introduction of structural frames or modular frames, which make up a hybrid wall, between concrete slabs, through openings pre-shaped, longitudinal, solidary, and concentric passageways between all floors of the building under construction, providing vertical passages that allow the aforementioned structural wall frames, already containing all the necessary hydraulic and electrical components, such as connections, extensions, interconnections and necessary waits, can be directed between said slab concentric openings, from the bottom up, to the top floor and, thus, successively to the positioning of the last hybrid wall frame on the ground floor or radier, creating a vertical system for lifting or lifting and installing strategic walls and / or common to two environments of each housing unit, particularly in cases of wall that divides, for example, a bathroom or laundry room in a kitchen, using the same sequential and aligned procedure for each floor of the building .
