process of obtaining carbon film with phytotherapic oil, carbon film with phytotherapic oil and its application. the present invention describes the process of obtaining dlc film with herbal oil (f), from a mixture of nonpolar solvent, hexane (h), and herbal oil, (o) whose vapor (v) is carried by the difference in pressure on the equipment used, originates plasma (p) that is deposited (e7) on the surface (s) of interest, previously sanitized. this process, unlike the current art, dispenses with the silane interlayer and pre-treatment steps, to confer adherence of the film to the surface and generates the uniform deposition of the dlc film with herbal oil (f) on the surface (s) of interest and functionalization, providing the formation of diffusion interlayer. the claimed process also allows the deposition of successive layers of the dlc film with phytotherapic oil (f), generating films with thicknesses that can vary from nanolaminates to microlaminates, with homogeneous thickness and texture, with application in several industrial sectors that require lubricating surfaces with properties, antibacterial and or fungal.
