describes an original manufacturing process for a new product to be used to control pests that have a harmful effect on agriculture. such a product has the characteristic of improving the resistance of plants and, therefore, increasing agricultural productivity. the process is based on the combination of a mixture of vegetable oils with an aqueous alkaline solution, to which are then added inorganic substances based on the primary nutrients nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium - npk. the product resulting from this process proves to be extremely effective in combating the microorganisms responsible for the problems affecting citrus, banana, soy and coffee crops, among others, especially in combating the bacterium candidatus liberibacter, a bacterium that causes the known disease as greening and whose proliferation, at present, constitutes a serious threat to citrus plantations in Brazil and other parts of the world.
