the present invention relates to a method which includes receiving a mesh representation of input from a cardiac chamber, a set of measured locations on a cardiac chamber wall tissue, and a respective set of measured local activation times (lats) in places. the input mesh is meshed into a regular mesh that includes regularized polygons. the set of measured locations and respective lats is adjusted by data to the regularized polygons. the respective lat values are iteratively calculated for the regularized polygons, in order to obtain a solution of cyclic ef activation wave on the regular mesh, which considers the re-entry of an ef wave. an electroanatomical map is presented, including the cyclic ef activation wave, superimposed on the regular mesh.
